Returns + Exchanges

Our Approach

At The Theory of Nine, every product is crafted with care and intention. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help make it right — smoothly and fairly.

Eligibility for Return or Exchange

We accept returns and exchanges on most products within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
All original tags and packaging are intact.
A valid proof of purchase (order ID or invoice) is provided.

For hygiene reasons, certain products — such as masks, innerwear, and personal-use items — are not eligible for return or exchange.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Write to us at support@thetheoryofnine.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
Include your order ID, reason for return/exchange, and photos (if applicable).
Our team will review your request and share pickup or return instructions within 24–48 hours.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange your item for a different size or variant, we’ll arrange it based on availability. If the requested item is out of stock, a refund or store credit will be issued.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll prioritize a replacement or full refund.
